About Me

“Invest in your health and the return will be Bliss.” - Lydia Jordan

Ahlan wa Sahlan! Welcome!

Peace and greetings everyone. I am honored to have you in this special space of mine. Here, you can find many avenues in the journey to your HIGHEST AIMS in life.

I am a Natural Health Practitioner and Homeopath, progressing in higher studies of natural medicine. I do consulting with clients and work with them to regain health through educating in vital hygiene and nutrition, prevention, as well as the impact of the environment on our health.

Besides consulting and blogging, you can find me with my beautiful family. My husband and I have four beloved daughters who make our lives as colorful as can be. Family is very important to me, so I also keep my amazing mother and brother very close. I thrive on that love, support, great advice, and of course, free babysitting is a blessing…

Faith is very important to me; I wear it on my sleeves. I believe that health is from God and sickness is from God. Therefore, in treatment we must trust and rely on God and His healing omnipotence. Spirituality is a vital source of wellness. However, this does not compromise my professionalism, rather it enhances it. I’m fully aware that we are all on a journey through this life with individual identities and beliefs. My intention is to help with your well-being so that your life is prosperous with good health and strength.

I hope that you enjoy visiting my website, and my true wish is that you gain knowledge that will contribute to better health for yourself and family. Feel free to reach out to me for an appointment. I will be happy to teach and guide you in natural health and wellness choices.

May you attain your:

Best wishes,

Lydia Jordan H.D., NHP, NHC, NHE
